朱集矿井主井井筒冻结基岩段施工安全措施目录一、工程概况„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„1二、地质概况„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„1三、施工方案„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„1四、施工方法„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„1五、施工辅助系统„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„10六、劳动组织„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„12七、工程质量保证措施„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„12八、主要安全保证措施„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„13九、避灾路线„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„17主井主井井筒冻结基岩段外壁及壁座临时支护井筒冻结基岩段外壁及壁座临时支护施工安全技术措施施工安全技术措施一、工程概况一、工程概况朱集矿井主井井筒全深1019m,净径Φ7.6m,净断面45.34㎡,井筒表土段和风化基岩段采用冻结法施工,冻结基岩厚度(-300.2~-369m)68.8m,冻结基岩段采用钻爆法施工。其中:-300.2~-354m外层井壁为单层钢筋砼结构,竖荕Φ25@250mm,环荕Φ28@200mm,砼强度等级为C55。-354m~-369m为壁座和砼支撑圈梁,该段井壁为整体浇注段,其永久支护与套内壁一起施工,措施另行编制。为了保证施工安全及爆破效果,特编制本措施。二、二、地质概述地质概述根据井筒检查孔资料及检查孔地质预想柱状图,主井井筒冻结基岩段主要由泥岩、砂质泥岩、粉砂岩、细砂岩、中粒砂岩组成。风化带起止深度-299.4m~-333.9m,厚度为34.5m,呈锈黄、浅棕、土黄色,泥质岩、砂岩互层,大致各占一半。间夹破碎泥岩2.9m。风化砂岩,上部砂岩含铁质或菱铁鲕粒,石英砂岩,硅质胶结,致密坚硬,其下有砂砾岩;下部砂岩为中粗粒、细粒,坚硬,含较多细砾,砾径1~6㎜。砂岩高角度垂直裂隙发育,呈开口张性,局部有“x”裂隙,裂隙面具水蚀铁锈,局部有方解石或泥质充填。岩石破碎,呈块状,破碎块短柱状。风化泥岩,顶部泥岩强烈风化,破碎;中部花斑砂质泥岩,高角度裂隙发育,开口张性,裂隙多铁锈,较破碎;下部花斑泥岩滑面发育,面上具有钙膜,锈黄色,岩芯较完整。三、施工方案三、施工方案冻结基岩段采用钻爆法掘进,采用光面、光底、弱震、弱冲爆破技术。其中开始段采用打浅眼,放小炮两掘一砌法施工,
